The 1/2 Cent is Nike Basketball's version of a Jordan Dub Zero or Spizzike... that is to say a mash-up of multiple shoes into one, in this case the Nike Air Penny 1,2, and 3. Old schoolers will have to convince the youngsters about how Penny Hardaway was THE TRUTH way before Paul Pierce. At the time, Penny and Shaq were Orlando's Shaq and Kobe, and an ad campaign with Chris Rock as "Little Penny" had him on fire. The Jordan 16.5 is now availiable at all Lowman Group stores. The 16.5 is a combination of the Retro 16 and the Retro 17, and the result is a nice look.
