Registered users can view their order history at any time provided they have already logged in. To log in, simply click on the ?log in" link located in the top right corner of every page. If not logged in you will be prompted, to enter your Coolfitted user name and password. This will bring you to your "My Account" page. Here you have options to view all of your orders, past and present, as well as update your personal settings.

For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, and a tracking number.

I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped? ( Top )

Generally speaking, if you order in the morning, we can ship your package later that day. If you order in the afternoon or evening, we will ship your package the following day. There will be exceptions from time to time, but we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

If your order is being billed and shipped to different addresses, we'll need 1-2 business days for processing before the order can be shipped. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery time frame. We do not ship or deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders including Friday afternoon and evening will be processed on Monday.

I already placed an order with Coolfitted.com. Can I change something? ( Top )

Yes, we will accept your personal check, but it must be mailed in to us. Coolfitted.com does not do check by phone or electronic check transactions. Personal checks must clear with our bank before your order will be shipped.

Sorry, but at Coolfitted.com all items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. This means that the items you have in your shopping cart today may not be available at a later date. The only way to reserve those items is to complete your order as soon as possible.

How do I pay with a Gift Card?(for US orders only) ( Top )

You may use your Gift Card toward any purchase online. Please enter the card number and the four digit pin that appears on the back of your Gift Card. We accept multiple forms of payment if your purchase exceeds the balance of the Gift Card. You can pay for the remainder of the purchase by using a credit card or debit card.

Please Note: When using Gift Cards, please hang on to them until you have received your order and are satisfied with the product. When returning an item that was purchased using a Gift Card, the dollar amount used will be refunded to that same Gift Card. Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.

Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 2nd or Next Day Air. 2nd and Next Day Air orders are shipped via United Parcels Service.
